We just feel like we’re going through the week trying to like get to Friday as quickly as possible, and then dreading Monday.
[00:00:32] Now I’m just as guilty of having the Sunday carries as much as. Anybody else, but, you know, hopefully some of these things are helpful and can help you really set it up so that you’re able to enjoy the present moment. So, going through a divorce can be challenging, but with the right mindset and strategies, it’s absolutely possible to build a fulfilling and productive life.
[00:00:59] We can oftentimes lose our excitement for the present moment while we go through divorce and after, but it doesn’t always have to be like that. Today, I’m gonna go over five ways to set yourself up for success and have a great week ahead. That doesn’t leave you dreading Monday and going through the motions as you hope to just make it to Friday.
[00:01:21] A S A P. If you haven’t already signed up for my newsletter, I always love to dive really deep to my gals in their inbox every single week. It’s absolutely free. If you haven’t already signed up, be sure to sign up. There’s the link in the show notes and also if you have any wins, if this episode brings any insight to you and stuff that you’re implementing.
[00:01:47] I would love to celebrate with you. Be sure to tag me at her heart heels on Instagram and let’s celebrate together. Add me to your support system. I’d love to be there for you. And then lastly, if you want to share this with other women and pay it forward to other women who are out there going through divorce, and you wanna share the love the.
[00:02:10] Best way to do that is by leaving me a review. By leaving a review on this podcast. It helps to bump up the podcast ranking. Which therefore exposes it to much more people, and we can get this healing to a lot of women faster. So I would really, really appreciate it. It would mean the absolute world to me if you left a five star review on whatever platform it is that you are listening on.
[00:02:40] So let’s just jump right in. And the first thing that you can do to set up for a great week is to set clear goals. I know it’s like easier said than done, but if you start by setting specific and achievable goals for the week ahead, it can really set the tone. And I also wanna reiterate the word achievable.
[00:03:04] This is not like, you know, I’m going to achieve $10,000 in a check in the mail. That’s absolutely something cool to try to manifest. Put that out there, but I’m talking about achievable goals that we are committing to that require an action on our part to do. To help us set up, so these goals should really be aligned with your personal values and your aspirations.
[00:03:34] By having a clear direction, you’ll have a sense of purpose and motivation to make progress in all the different areas of your life. So these goals should incorporate. you know, physical exercise, time for self care, a time for fun and joy, and really incorporating these things, sprinkling them in your calendar throughout the week so that at the end of the week you’re like fulfilled.
[00:04:00] You’re like, okay. I did a lot for myself and in all different kinds of areas, so, Make sure that you set clear goals. Number two is prioritizing self-care. Divorce can be so emotionally draining and it’s so crucial to prioritize self-care to support your wellbeing. In the episode that I recorded about how setting the tone to feel your feelings.
[00:04:30] Self-care is one of the ways that we can process our emotions, but then also acclimate so that we can go out into the world and be better humans because we can only truly receive love and give love and be a portal of love once we have worked on our self-care to give love to ourselves. Does that make sense?
[00:04:57] So make time for activities that bring you joy, that help you relax, such as exercising, stretching, reading, spending time in nature, practicing mindfulness, doing a meditation. Listening to this audio is also a self-care act. Taking care of yourself will increase your energy levels and resilience, enabling you to tackle the week ahead with a positive mindset.
[00:05:27] So item number three is establishing a routine. Creating a structured routine can provide a sense of stability and help you make the most out of your time. So plan out your days. Allocating specific time slots for work, personal commitments, self-care, social activities, and sprinkle in some of those goals, right?
[00:05:51] A lot of those goals, if we start with plugging in the goals into our calendar, and then we establish a routine around those goals, ugh, chef’s kiss. So having a routine can enhance your productivity. It can reduce stress and ensure that you’re making progress. it’s the greatest thing. I actually love routine and I had to create a whole podcast episode all around creating adventure and getting out of routine because I love routine so much, but routine is great.
[00:06:25] And item number four is building a support network surrounding yourself with a supportive network of friends, family, or a community of like-minded individuals who understand and encourage you. When you engage in meaningful conversations and you seek emotional support in people that make you feel safe, and that help you feel connected and share your experiences with, it makes all the difference.
[00:06:55] Connecting with others who have gone through similar challenges as well can also provide a sense of belonging and empowerment. Like, hello? You know, slide into my dms, girls, let’s connect, let me be part of your support system. Let’s go through some of these challenges together. And the last item for Great Week is focusing on personal growth.
[00:07:22] So using this period. In your life as an opportunity for personal growth and self discovery. You really are your own healer. I am just the guide, but you are the one that can make this all happen for yourself. It’s only through you that your life is gonna change. So explore new interests, take up hobbies.
[00:07:48] Enroll in courses or programs that align with your passions Continually invest in learning. And self-improvement to expand your knowledge and your skills. And I’m going to go ahead and do a shameless plug, but I’m actually creating a 30 day transformation guide. It’s going to be a workbook and 30 days of.
[00:08:11] Audio of a self-guided program where in 30 days you can truly do all of the work and transform into the best version of yourself to where we can actually go through a lot of these things together day by day, it’s gonna be great. So if that’s something that you’re interested in, be sure to. Check the link in the show notes and sign up for that 30 day program.
[00:08:34] It’s super affordable and if you’re listening to this early on, you’ll be qualified to getting, early bird pricing. All right. Going back to this though, so by focusing on personal growth, you’ll build resilience and enhance your confidence and open doors to new opportunities. And so by doing that and, really exploring our personal growth, it’s the only way to change.
[00:09:00] And by changing, we’re welcoming new opportunities. We’re welcoming new things to come into our realm that we normally wouldn’t. Have done because we’ve been a little bit close-minded. And so when we open our mind and expand our mind by learning and getting curious, that’s the magic of manifestation.
[00:09:19] When things will come our way and those new doors will open. So remember that this journey is unique to each individual, like. Each person is different. It’s absolutely essential to be patient and compassionate with yourself. I wanna remind you to celebrate the small victories as you go through these things.
[00:09:43] Whether it’s a goal that you’re crossing off your list or it’s something new that you started to incorporate that. Is new for you. It’s new to your routine, it’s new to your environment. Celebrate that. Be sure to celebrate the wins. It’s so important to help you staying positive and really embrace the process of building a great and successful week ahead.
[00:10:09] So with that said, I hope this was helpful and I really wanna encourage you to have the best week. I’m declaring something amazing happening to you this week, and so when it does, when you’ve had that great thing, definitely send me a message. I wanna hear all about it and celebrate with you. Until next time, I’m Christina and I’m always in your corner.
[00:10:34] Bye.
